Sier was founded in 1990 by Ismael Reis, who began from a small facility at Ubá, near Rio de Janeiro, supplying pre-built and custom hardwood wardrobes to a limited nearby market.
Since those first days, the company has been working constantly to develop new markets,
and expand its range of product options in order to reach one of the best ranking
positions in the Brazilian dining room furniture industry.

Today, more than 15 years on, the name Sier is highly recognized and is synonymous with quality home furnishing in Brazil and other countries. Its expanded range of products now covers a variety of dinning room sets, chairs, tables, sofas, buffets, sideboards, racks, and entertainment wall units. Most of our pieces are made of hardwood, MDF, and wood agglomerate covered by veneers – with the same high quality and unbeatable
prices as those first pre-built wardrobes.

To keep the high standards of productivity and quality required for exporting, we have now a
40,000 square meters plant facility with state-of-art machinery and a staff of 320 people
very well qualified by seminaries and training programs.

The experience obtained in exportation and ExpoBrax continuous support have given us the
necessary ability to solve any export problems and make all due alterations to shapes,
colors, and dimensions in order to adapt to foreign standards and tastes.
